Many industries are now requiring background checks of individuals as a prerequisite for employment. Background checks can be most efficiently initiated through electronic fingerprint submission to the California Department of Justice by a process called "Live Scan". All fingerprint impressions submitted to the DOJ must be taken by an individual who has been certified under the DOJ program.

FEES

Service fees in addition to applicable government fees Amount Rolling Fee $20.00 Transmission Fee $2.00 Total of OUR service fees $22.00

The government fees for Live Scan fingerprint processing will depend on the type of background check being requested, and are not included in the above fee structure.

Appointments are currently not necessary, see our home page for our operating hours.

YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

(1) the completed 3-part Request for Live Scan Service(BCII-8016) form (2) a valid picture ID (3) full payment (refer to the Fees section above.)
