Dr. Carlson has been providing outstanding dental care since 1985. He received his dental education from Oral Roberts University School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at Oakland Naval Hospital. Dr. Carlson is a member of various professional organizations including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry and the California Dental Association. Dr. Carlson is a published author in the Journal of Oral Surgery and the Journal of the Reticuloendotherlian Society. He volunteers with organization such as Rotary International, Flying Samaritans, Mexican Medical Missions, the Chamber of Commerce and the Fallbrook Smiles Project.

Outside of the office, Dr. Carlson enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church and outdoor activities such as running, skiing, traveling, camping, and hiking.
