For over 20 years Michelle has been an avid athlete - running, exercise and healthy thinking has been her passion. Michelle has run several marathons and has also coached individuals from sedentary lifestyles to completing their first marathon and more. Several years ago nutrition became her focus when she began to learn more about the importance of food and how it effects the body on so many levels.

Always having thought she was living "pretty healthy" little did she no that there are so many hidden dangers in common everyday foods, supplements and the environment in which we live day to day. It has become her life passion to educate anyone and everyone who will listen on the importance of nutrition and fitness and to truly help transform lives through providing health education to individuals privately, in the corporate sector and to various organizations and groups for a foundation of a healthy balanced life-long lifestyle.
